"I am not letting you pay." Why would I let him pay? It's his money.
"You can stay hungry then." He said clearly irritated.
"Fine." I said and slouched down in my seat and crossed my arms on my chest.
He just looked at me and I darted my gaze.
The waitress came towards us once again, "Hello, are you guys ready to order?" She said in her cheery voice which instantly made me smile.
You should be kind and make someone's day happy, cause you never know what their going through and how much your rudeness can affect them.
That's what mama said. And I am still true to my words of applying her words to my life.
"Bring two Moussakas"
Mousekakas?
Why does it sounds like he is ordering a mouse?
"Sure sir... Anything else?", She said looking at me to which I smiled and shook my head at her and she smiled back.
"Okay, two Moussakas coming right up!"
Kezr and I just sat there with me glancing at him once in a while and him not even acknowledging me.
He had a baloney look on his face which made me itch to make him smile.
"Kezr?"
No response.
"Kezr?"
No response.
"I think I am talking to you."
No response.
He just kept looking at the menu.
Irritated, I slammed the table with my fist. Oww! That hurt.
He looked at me and then at my hand and his eyes stayed there for a second with his eyebrows furrowed up but then, as if nothing happened he looked at the menu continuing his baloney face.
"Ke-" I begin saying but saw the waitress approaching us.
"Here you guys go." The waitress said bringing the two plates of mousekakas in front of us.
I think that's how you say it. Right?
"Anything else?" The waitress asked.
"No. We're good." Kezr replied with full boredom.
She smiled at Kezr to which he obviously didn't reply to and looked at his dish.
She frowned but in return I smiled at her and she smiled at me back.
As I looked back at him, I saw him pushing one plate towards me.
I looked at him and he just shrugged his shoulder.
"Eat." He said.
"No, I told you I will not be eati-" I cut myself off when he looked up from his plate and glared at me.
"Shut up and eat."
I rolled my eyes at him and looked at my dish.
"How much is this?"
