“Uh, what do you mean? Kira was confused. “Did someone come and bother him again?” 

Helen and Georgina were both put on the hospital’s blacklist after they barged into Leland’s room the last time, 

“No, not that,‘ Dr Morrison stroked his chin. ‘But I’ve heard from a nurse that there’s a man poking around at the hospital, asking about your father.” 

“A man? Who is he? Kira was put on guard immediately. “What does he want with my father?” 

“I’ve no idea.” 

Seeing the nervous look on her face, the doctor added, ‘Don’t worry, though. He didn’t get into your father’s room. 

Kira breathed out. 

‘But he seems to have some pull with the hospital’s CEO. A nurse overheard the man talking with De Blackwell—he’s the CEO, she caught the name of Mr Hewitt. They seemed to be talking about your father’s admission into the hospital a year ago.”

I’m afraid that’s all I got. The nurse just caught snippets of their conversation.” 

What does this man look like?” 

‘I honestly have no idea. The nuse didn’t give me a description. So, I gather he’s not a relative?”

“She seems to be seriously ill. What’s her story!”
