Jesse was already in the foyer when he happened to glance back 

Kira was trying to move Austyn, probably to get him into a more comfortable position.

Jesse lingered and watched her clean Austin’s face with the wetted towel. 

Her movements were gentle. 

She seemed to care for Austyn a great deal. 

Jesse could hold back no longer

she padded into the kitchen, fetched a big jar filled with water and an empty glass, and set them down on the coffee table in front of Au

She had planned to just take a nap and then check on Austyn 

But she was fast asleep within minutes.
