The Invitation
Kelly’s POV
“Kelly, you still have a meeting to attend to.”
I I smirked and looked him in the eyes. I run my thumb in his lip before dragging it into my mouth, licking it. Hmm! Still tastes sweet as ever.
“Meetings can wait, sex can’t.”
He shook his head and caressed my bare back. I’m sitting on his legs, wearing. nothing. Our skin was so warm against each other and it’s making me want to have him again.
“That meeting has been moved thrice already.”
Llooked at him with a creased forehead. “Did you forget that you failed to bring my son back three years ago, Luke? You want me to remind you how I begged you every single day to bring him back? You failed and are still failing on your part.”
He swallowed hard and was lost for words. I lifted my chin and looked at him. with hatred.
“You remember why we’re in this setup, right? Because I couldn’t trust you anymore. I will do this my way, and I don’t want you or anyone dictating me… again.”
I got off his legs and grabbed wipes. I wiped myself in front of him and tilted my head as he watched me.
“See those lustful eyes?” I chuckled. “You are now my slave.”
I started picking my clothes and wore them one by one in front of him. I tied my hair in a messy bun and leaned on him who’s still sitting on the bed.
I grabbed his jaw and kissed him hungrily on the lips.
“I’ll be back once this damn meeting is over. And you. You will come with me.”
His forehead creased. “Where are we going?”
I gave him a devilish smirk. “It’s payback time. Three years is long enough.
This revenge game is long overdue.”
His eyes softened as he slowly shook his head. I kissed him again and bit his bottom lip before I pulled away.
“Be right back.”
I walked out of the penthouse and entered the elevator. I’m wearing an all black corporate suit and black lipstick.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not mourning…yet. Lexi is still alive and I’m yet to execute my plan of punishing her before sending her to hell where she belongs. I just like darkness now. Well, people change.
“Good afternoon, Madame.”
I looked at my assistant who greeted me in the lobby.
I shot an evebrow up and she immediately averted her gaze, fear in her
eyes.
“Tell me they’re already in the meeting room or you’ll have to find another job. starting today.”
She sw
swallowed hard. “Yes, but M–Madame, the Chairman’s second daughter, is in the meeting room. We didn’t expect her to come today and she’s demanding to see you.”
My lips formed an O. “Ohh! Feisty.”
I smirked and licked my bottom lip as I stared at the door of the meeting room.
I just got appointed as the Vice Chairman of my worthless and crippled father’s company last week and my evil of a half sister is bitching around already. I bet she wanted my position. Too bad, her father gave it to me. I want the position. of the Chairman though.
“Okay!” I smiled sweetly as I looked at my stupid assistant. “You’re not getting fired…today.”
I heard the people around us cough at my joke. Ah! I know I don’t have a sense
