Kyle saw that Marshall mentioned Katherine and Hector, and before Marshall could finish the question, he laughed, "You also feel that the two of them have a good relationship. I think so too, so sometimes I am really jealous, Katherine prefers Hector much more than me."
Marshall didn’t finish his question.
Kyle drank all the wine, and then asked the bartender to fill it up.
He hiccuped, then turned to look at Marshall, "What did you and Kathy do today? We can’t find you. Hex and I waited at the club all day."
Marshall lowered his head and didn't answer.
What happened in the Grant’s house was not important, and best to drop it.
Fortunately, Kyle was not in the mood to hear Marshall’s complaints. He then said, "You are not yourself today."
Marshall said, "Yeah."
He was not himself, and he felt it.
After a while, Marshall said in a low voice, "Maybe I’m crazy."
The music was too loud, and Kyle didn't hear Marshall clearly.
Marshall and Kyle didn't go to the private room. There were only two of them and it was cheerless.
They were chatting in their booth.
Kyle enlivened the atmosphere and talked about everything.
Marshall was not talkative and just listened.
With all the drinking, Kyle blacked out.
He slowly fell on the table.
Marshall felt that someone patted him on the shoulder.
He turned his head and saw a beautiful woman.
He smiled; she was more charming than Katherine.
Seeing Marshall’s smile, the woman also smiled, "It's boring for two men to drink alone."
Marshall sat up straight, and said, "Well, now we have you."
He had never said such frivolous words before, except for occasionally dirty words to Katherine when they had sex.
Marshall knew that he was not himself today.
It drove him crazy and made him lose control.
The woman smiled coquettishly, and leaned towards Marshall.
Marshall closed his eyes, fortunately, the smell on her was not that cheap.
Kyle lay on the counter, mumbling, not knowing what he was talking about.
He couldn’t stop talking even when he drank heavily.
The woman's hand was still on Marshall's shoulder, rubbing slowly, "Your friend seems to be drinking too much."
Marshall nodded.
The woman thought for a while and said, "Do you have any companions? Do you want someone to send him home, or leave him here?"
Marshall raised his eyebrows and pretended being confused.
The woman chuckled, her whole body was attached on Marshall, "Shall we find another place?"
The woman smelled strongly of liquor, and she stared at Marshall's lips with charming eyes.
What she wanted was obvious.
Marshall looked at her with a poker-face for a long while and then he said, “ Fine.”.

Katherine woke up in the middle of the night, and turned over.
She wanted to go to the window to see if Marshall came back, but she changed her mind on second thought.
What was the difference whether he came back or not?
Anyway, she didn't want to see him now.
Katherine was lying with her back to the window, wide awake.
She and Marshall must have a showdown to the public.
It was just that she couldn’t find a proper reason.
She didn't want this reason to be that she cheated.
