Rosalie returned to her room and pondered hard before finally calling Justin back.
He answered the call quickly and his voice came through the phone. "Hey, Rose. What's up?"
"Justin, come to my place tomorrow. You, me, and Theo, we'll have dinner together."
"Tomorrow?"
"Yes, are you free?"
Justin pondered for a moment before saying, "I am, but does Theo know about this?"
"He does. He agreed to it."
"Alright, then. I'll head over tomorrow."
"Where will you be tomorrow? I'll go pick you up after work."
"It's fine, I can head over myself. Just give me your address."
"I'll do that. You must come."
"I will. I always do whatever I promise you."
"Okay, I'll take you at your word. I'll text you my address. I knock off at five in the evening and take around half an hour to drive home. You can arrive here earlier than that."
The two of them hung up soon after.
Rosalie immediately drafted a text to Justin to inform him of her address. She was so worried she might get it wrong that she repeatedly checked through it before finally sending it out.

The next morning, Rosalie headed out for work with her bag.
"Rose." Theodore saw her coming down the stairs. "Come here for breakfast."
"I'm going to work, and I'm going to be late."
"It's fine, you should eat before you go."
"I can't. I just started work and it's not good to be late."
"I can call your superior."
Rosalie nodded. "Thank you."
With that, she turned to leave.
When Rosalie arrived at her desk, she began a new day of work.
Her work was busy and she had to read tons of information and financial data and analyze and organize them. Aside from the short break over lunch, she was busy practically the entire day.
She worked faster in hopes of knocking off at five on the dot.
At four thirty in the evening, her superior suddenly called for a meeting.
Rosalie glanced at the time and thought that the meeting might end around five.
To her dismay, the meeting didn't look like it was going to end when the clock struck five. Her superior kept talking non-stop.
Her other colleagues in the meeting room were exceptionally quiet, paying full attention to their superior. None of them looked annoyed and in a rush to go home.
Rosalie had just started work here and, like any other new employee, was very cautious and diligent in all she did.
She kept glancing at the time, watching it go from 5.10 pm to 5.20 pm, then to 5.30 pm…and the meeting was still ongoing.

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Why aren't u updating......
Unrealistic. What a comedy. If Sebastian and Rosalie are cousins, their families must have already prevented them to be together abroad. Isn't it bizarre that nobody is doing something to let them know of their family relationship? And pls stop putting Aurora in a high pedestal. Your readers want Rosalie to be genuinely happy, free of stupid misunderstanding. Thank you....
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
