After a few days, Rosalie managed to adapt to life away from her son and gradually calmed down.
She would video-call him every night so that she could still catch a glimpse of him.
Rosalie set her mind to slowly drop the frequency to once every two days and then once every three days.
This Saturday, Rosalie woke up early in the morning. Justin was still asleep. She didn't want to wake him up, so she quietly got up, washed herself up, and got dressed.
Justin felt a strong sense of security with Rosalie around and wasn't so sensitive. He didn't even realize it when Rosalie got out of bed and was only awakened by the slight sounds she made when she came out of the washroom, all dressed and ready.
"Rose, you don't need to go to work today. Why are you up so early? Come here and sleep a little more."
"Justin, I want to go visit Steve."
Justin sat up on the bed. "You want to go right now?"
Rosalie nodded.
"Yeah, it's not early anymore and I want to go see him. I miss him."
Rosalie was very happy at the mention of seeing Steve.
Justin felt a little disappointed.
"Are you going alone?"
Why wasn't she asking him along, getting out of bed herself?
Rosalie sat on the bedside. "I saw you still asleep and wanted to let you sleep in, that's why I didn't wake you up. Do you want to come with me?"
Justin held her hand and said, "I think it's better that I don't go. You can spend some time with Steve. If Theodore is at home, you can have a good chat with him, too."
Justin knew that things were awkward whenever he was with the two of them. It was fine when he was alone with Rosalie, but with Steve and Theodore added to the mix, things became different.
Rosalie cupped Justin's face in her hands and kissed his nose. "Thank you, Justin. I'll go myself and be back as fast as I can."
Justin nodded. "No problem. I'll wait for you at home."
Steve was very happy to see Rosalie and hugged her back. "Mommy."
"Good boy, I'm right here," Rosalie said as she sat down with Steve in her arms. She picked up the milk bottle and started feeding him.
"Rose, why didn't you tell me you were coming?"
"I was in a rush to come see Steve so I just came without telling you. I'll tell you next time," Rosalie said as she tightened her hole over Steve, refusing to let go. It was clear that she only had eyes for her child.
A thought suddenly came to Rosalie's mind as she looked up at Theodore who was staring at her.
Rosalie said with a smile, "Theo, have you been well these few days?"
She was concerned about Theodore.
Theodore said with a slight smile. "I'm quite okay."
Rosalie smiled back at him. "That's good."

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Why aren't u updating......
Unrealistic. What a comedy. If Sebastian and Rosalie are cousins, their families must have already prevented them to be together abroad. Isn't it bizarre that nobody is doing something to let them know of their family relationship? And pls stop putting Aurora in a high pedestal. Your readers want Rosalie to be genuinely happy, free of stupid misunderstanding. Thank you....
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
