Justin waited for an entire day, but Rosalie was still not back by the time the sky turned dark.
He didn't leave the house at all, for fear that she would worry if she returned and didn't see him at home. There were many times he wanted to give her a call, but he held himself back.
He thought that she must be very happy to be by Steve's side and didn't want to interrupt her. If Rosalie were to return reluctantly out of consideration for his feelings, she might not feel good about it. Yet, not doing so made him feel uneasy.
Justin sat on the couch, watching TV in a daze. There was a comedy on, but he couldn't bring himself to laugh.
Dinner was long over, but Rosalie was still not back yet. It seemed she wasn't coming back for dinner.
Justin cooked some noodles for dinner and had a simple meal. He switched off the TV, laid on the couch, and stared at the door.
He looked just like a sad wife waiting for a husband who refused to come home.
Why wasn't she coming back? Was it because she wanted to spend time with Steve, or because she and Theodore were reigniting their feelings for each other?
Justin let his imagination run wild, wondering if the two of them were…
No, Justin thought. He couldn't think that way. He had to trust Rosalie.
After a long while, he heard the door unlock.
Justin sat up eagerly on the couch and switched the TV on, pretending to be watching it.
Rosalie walked in, removed her shoes, and put on some slippers. She saw Justin seated on the couch and walked toward him.
It was past 8 pm.
"Rose, you're back." Justin put the remote control down, feeling slightly uneasy.
Rosalie sat down next to him. "Have you had dinner?"
Justin nodded. "I have."
"What did you eat?"

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Why aren't u updating......
Unrealistic. What a comedy. If Sebastian and Rosalie are cousins, their families must have already prevented them to be together abroad. Isn't it bizarre that nobody is doing something to let them know of their family relationship? And pls stop putting Aurora in a high pedestal. Your readers want Rosalie to be genuinely happy, free of stupid misunderstanding. Thank you....
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
