Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 616

“I…”

Lily couldn’t pinpoint her feelings. It seemed too much to say that she liked Sebastian, given that she had only met him a few times. Yet, if she said that she didn’t like Sebastian, it didn’t seem realistic. Sebastian was a very charming man, after all.

A man like him was very attractive to women. What’s more, he was chivalrous with an air of graceful elegance about him despite his memory loss. Who wouldn’t want a man as wonderful as him?

The hesitation in Lily’s voice made Rosalie chuckle. “You do have a bit of feelings for him, don’t you?”

Lily said uneasily, “Ms. Young, I…”

“Call me Rose,” Rosalie said. “Can I call you Lily? We don’t need to be strangers.”

“Alright, then,” Lily said. “Rose, what I meant was that you two are still married. Regardless of the reason behind your marriage, it’s not appropriate for me to have any feelings for Mr. Carter. It’ll give me psychological pressure, too.”

Rosalie felt slightly guilty at Lily’s words. “I’m very sorry. I’m at fault for not being considerate enough. Please don’t feel pressured in any way.”

She then added in hushed tones, “I will divorce Sebastian.”

“But… Does he want to divorce you?” Lily really wanted to tell Rosalie who Sebastian really liked, but she couldn’t say it on Sebastian’s behalf when he himself didn’t do so.

Rosalie’s heart fell. She opened her mouth, wanting to say something, when her phone pinged.

She pulled her phone out, and glanced at it before putting it back into her pocket. “I don’t know what will happen to you and Seb in the future, but I know what our future will be like. We’ll certainly be divorced. Don’t worry. If you like him, pursue him boldly. Don’t bother about me, I’m just a passer-by.”
