Chapter 587 Westwind Wolf Hunting Ground
Blanche was astonished by Gilbert’s sudden display of kindness.
This unease persisted until the following day.
Halvard informed Blanche that they wouldn’t be doing sprint training that day. Instead, they would be heading to the Westwind Wolf Hunting Ground for some practical training.
On the first day of entering Jipsdale Martial Arts Academy, every student needed to have a basic understanding of the academy’s situation.
Blanche had heard of the Western Wind Wolf Hunting Ground, a place specifically designed for trainees to practice. It was clear that relying solely on theory and basic training was not enough to become a qualified martial artist.
Practical experience was necessary.
The Western Wind Wolf Hunting Ground was the perfect place for that.
However, Blanche clearly remembered that the requirement to enter the Westwind Wolf Hunting Ground was to have reached the fourth stage of cultivation, which meant being an intermediate martial artist.
Blanche was merely a novice who hadn’t even completed basic training. Going to the Westwind Wolf Hunting Ground at this stage was completely unreasonable.
Halvard explained that her foundation was too weak and she started too late. Therefore, she needed to undergo special training. It would be beneficial for her to gain experience at the Western Wind Wolf Hunting Ground sooner.
Halvard was the teacher, so Blanche couldn’t ignore his words. However, she was still somewhat worried, so she confided in Emrys about the matter.
After hearing this, Emrys laughed and said, “I think Halvard makes a valid point. There’s no harm in trying it out. I believe they will take the necessary precautions.”
Blanche felt conflicted. She couldn’t help but sense that the matter wasn’t as simple as it seemed.
At that moment, Teagan also looked ‘extremely concerned and said, “I’m still quite worried about my niece, Blanche. If Mr. Lund could accompany her, it should be much better, right?”

He seemed thoughtful as he spoke.
A flicker of anticipation stirred in Blanche’s heart as she turned her gaze toward Emrys, naturally hoping that he would accompany her.
Halvard could provide her with a sense of security, but Emrys could.
After giving Halvard a meaningful glance, Emrys withdrew his gaze and nodded, saying, “It’s not a big deal for me to tag along. I’m not doing anything else anyway.”
“Can you enter?” Blanche asked anxiously.
The Western Wind Wolf Hunting Ground was unlike those hunting fields where entry could be bought with money. Only members of the Martial Arts Alliance and students of the martial arts academy were eligible to enter. Emrys, being neither a member of the Martial Arts Alliance nor a student of the martial arts academy, would likely find it difficult to gain access.
Emrys responded, “Let’s go take a look first. If it really doesn’t work out, I’ll wait for you at the door.”
After making up his mind, Emrys followed Blanche away from the Langford residence, and they arrived together at the entrance of the Westwind Wolf Hunting Ground.
Halvard had been waiting there for quite some time.
Seeing Emrys arrive as well, he didn’t seem surprised at all. He asked Blanche, “I gave you half a day to prepare. Are you ready to enter the wolf hunting ground now?”
Blanche nodded.
Halvard continued, “Once we’re inside, I’ll guide you, so there’s no need to worry excessively. If you feel overwhelmed, just call out, and I’ll come to your rescue.”
After calming Blanche with some reassuring words, Halvard signaled the guards of the wolf hunting ground to open the iron gate.
After a moment of hesitation, Blanche asked, “Mr. Wigen, could Mr. Lund accompany me?”
Compared to Halvard, she definitely.wished that it was Emrys who had accompanied her inside.
