Chapter 592 Sit Back And Watch
Blanche couldn’t be considered naive either.
She had also realized it. Rowan was actually colluding with Gilbert, but she still wanted to make a final effort.
She couldn’t bear to witness Emrys‘ death with her own eyes.
As expected, the outcome was predictable.
Rowan completely ignored Blanche. With a disdainful snort, he said, “This is not the place
then for a woman like you to speak. If you don’t want to accompany this brat to his grave, get out of my way!”
Blanche’s face suddenly turned pale.
At that moment, Rowan’s ordinary clothes suddenly billowed out, carrying an unmatched fierce momentum as he walked towards Emrys. He seemed like a terrifying dark cloud, covering the sky and the sun, gathering with wild intensity.
He was indeed a middle–phase Venerable Being.
Seeing this scene, Gilbert laughed.
He let out a smug, cold laugh.
Everything was going according to the plan he had devised.
And surprisingly, everything went smoothly.
The main issue was that Emrys, this thoughtless guy, cooperated too well. Whether it was Teagan hinting for him to come to Westwind Wolf Hunting Ground, having him participate in a friendly competition with himself, or even trapping him in the ‘kill and loot‘ scheme.
Emrys‘ cooperation was simply flawless.
It was so perfect that even Gilbert couldn’t believe it.
Isn’t this guy reckless?
Indeed, those who are overly arrogant tend not to be very smart. Emrys is a perfect example of a

reckless man.
What Gilbert had to do now was wait.
By the time Rowan had beaten Emrys to within an inch of his life, Blanche would surely plead for him that moment, the initiative would completely fall into Gilbert’s hands.
And that moment was about to arrive.
Rowan had already made his move. A strong wind swept across, forcing Blanche, who was standing next to Emrys, to step back.
Like a fragile willow branch in a storm, she swayed violently, on the verge of breaking at any moment.
Blanche had the audacious idea of fighting side by side with Emrys. However, at that moment, Emrys‘ calm and composed voice suddenly echoed in her ear. “Ms. Langford, there’s no need for this. You can sit back and watch the show.”
Blanche was taken aback.
She turned her head to look at Emrys.
That handsome face, still resolute, remained as serene as ever, seemingly unaffected by Rowan standing in front of him.
This was a display of self–confidence.
However, Rowan was indeed a respected figure, and moreover, he was in the middle phase of Venerable Being, significantly more powerful than his own grandfather.
Upon reaching the Venerable Being level, the gap between each minor level was as vast as the difference between heaven and earth. A middle–phase Venerable Being could easily defeat ten early–phase Venerable Being cultivators.
Blanche couldn’t understand how Emrys managed to remain so composed.
However, upon careful reflection, it seemed that ever since getting to know Emrys, there was never a moment when he showed any signs of panic or disarray. Even during the last encounter with the mysterious Venerable Being at the Langford residence, Emrys did not display the slightest hint of fear.
Could it be that Emrys still had some tricks up his sleeve?

A daring thought suddenly crossed Blanche’s mind.
Last time at the Langford residence, Hazel suddenly appeared, causing the mysterious. revered figure to retreat in fear, thus preventing him from witnessing Emrys‘ true capabilities.
