Chapter 719 Meeting Pascal 

“Nothing, lead us to the dungeon!” Emrys said calmly. 

Endre didn’t dare to ask any more questions. He quickly escorted the two of them to the dungeon. 

“Ask all the guards to leave. I need to discuss some private matters with Pascal,” said Emrys. 

The relationship between Emrys and the Mapleton family was a mystery to most. Endre was puzzled, but he dared not defy Emrys‘ wishes. Consequently, he promptly withdrew all the guards. 

He, too, left tactfully. 

Yelena blinked and asked, “Should I leave?” 

“Why should you leave? You’re not an outsider.” 

“I can’t believe you trust me so much.” Yelena stared at Emrys with her charming eyes before chuckling. “Never mind. I’d better wait for you at the entrance.” 

Although Emrys didn’t mind her tagging along, Yelena felt that she should be more sensible. 

Emrys shook his head helplessly. 

It’s not anything particularly private. I’m just here to ask Pascal how he’s doing. She didn’t have to leave.
