“Are you there?” after wondering for seconds, he walked over to the door of the bathroom and asked with soft voice.
“Yeah, wait a minute.” Then a series of footsteps sounded. With a blushed face, Jessica slightly opened the door and peeped through the gap.
She was then stunned when seeing him holding such a huge bag stuffed with menstrual necessities.
“Thank you. Just pass it through the gap.” She murmured, showing no intention to open the door wider.
“I got you some new clothes from a store nearby as soon as possible. But I just made a random pick. You can put it on for make-do after shower.” While speaking, he passed the bag through the gap.
“Just…let it go…” she took the bag but Lorenzo still clenched it while he was trying to hook his finger to hers.
“What are you doing?” she replied with a bashful glare.
He didn’t seem annoyed. Instead, he couldn’t help snickering. As he suddenly let go of the bag, it flopped onto her palm.
She took a look at her own finger, on the surface of which she could still feel the breath and temperature from Lorenzo, which even stimulated her heartbeat.
…
Lorenzo then sat on the couch with his straight and strong legs crossed while tasting the glass of vintage he was holding.
In a burgundy silk-made night dress, Jessica walked out of the bathroom. Her beauty was perfect enough to fit whatever style she was trying on.
The dress shared the same texture and color with the shirt of Lorenzo. That was why it caught his eyes as soon as he walked into the store.
“Why are you still drinking in the middle of the night?” confused, she asked as she rarely saw him drinking during such late hours.
Lorenzo then drained the vintage but only responded with silence.
“You shouldn’t have drunk so much. You are torturing yourself.” She walked over to him and took away the glass from his grip. She put it down and took a glimpse of his wounded hand.
“Now you feel sorry, huh? Don’t you remember how stubborn and serious you appeared at that moment?” he smiled. When seeing her trying to avoid eye contact out of embarrassment, he gently pulled her into his arms and offered her a domineering kiss.
“Hey, don’t make drinking the excuse for your groping!” she blinked her eyes with her blushed face. Then she poked his muscular chest with her fair finger.
“It has been so many days…Don’t you think it’s time to let go of your tantrum? Why don’t you tell me the reason for your sudden temper?” he stared at her seemingly annoyed expression and asked. He really hated it for her telling him nothing.
“So how long have you been staying with your confidante?” actually, she didn’t intend to cling to that point. But since he asked for reason, she deemed it the moment to get the answer.
“Confidante?” he frowned, looking a bit confused.
His expression seemed to upset her even more. She pushed him away and took the glass to fill it with wine by herself. She took a gulp and walked over to him again.
As he was much taller than her, she had to raise her head to stare at him with her alluring eyes. Then she reached out her hand to pinch his jaw and directed it downward.
He lowered his head with expectancy brewing within his eyes. Then her red lips approached and she fed him nice vintage once again through a kiss.
Her finger slowly went down and then she licked the wine spilling from the corner of his mouth.
