Contract Marriage: My Sweet Bossy Wife novel Chapter 36

“You are so annoying…Come on, get closer…closer…” she couldn’t help complaining about his shoddy belt.

“What’s wrong with it?” she frowned and yanked it hard impatiently.

“Hey, be a bit more patient. What’s going on with you?” amused, he chuckled with husky voice while shaking his head.

“You…” she paused and looked at him blankly. She suddenly recalled what he had said back then. What was happening right now looked so much alike the moment at that time—she was disheveled while he was gazing at her. Both of them clung to each other while she was yanking to loosen his belt anxiously.

“Am I here to babysit you? You don’t even know how to take off your belt on your own?” Jessica complained and stopped what she was asked to do.

“Hey, no excuse to quit.” He smirked and pinned her tight on the bed again.

“You are so picky! I bet you must be spoiled by your admirers. I am obsessed with hygiene. So I hate those for public use. You’d better pray I won’t find any dirty after-sex stains inside the suite.”

“Are you trying to act up again? I am fine with your tantrum while you are in a bad mood. But don’t ever wrong me out of nothing. You still got a price to pay for your unreasonable alienation against me.” Lorenzo squinted with annoyance as he had no idea what she was throwing a tantrum for.

He never deemed himself a horny guy that would sleep with whoever lady coming to him.

As he had been raised under strict manners from the family, he had never flirt with any girls on his own initiative.

“Is it a suite just for you?” she asked, still remaining upset.

“Claus Kagel Restaurant is just a property among all that we own. This suite had been a residence exclusive for me ever since it was built.”

Actually, Lorenzo hated to explain anything to anyone even when he was misunderstood. However, he was willing to make her the exception.

Driven by madness after Jessica turned down his favor that day, he came to the hotel. Besides, it was such a coincidence that Lucian asked him out for fun at that moment. So he agreed.

What was more, the hotel would be able to cover his daily need, so he made it a visit to check the business situation here at the same time.

Lorenzo despised telling lies. Since he confessed, Jessica was sure that should be the fact. But she had no idea what to reply.

“You’re so beautiful…” he stared at her delicate face, lost in fancy about her pretty face beneath the mask. He reached out his slim finger to slightly lift up her jaw.

“Don’t be greedy. Learn to control yourself…”

Her face went blushed again under his gaze. She had no idea what was in his mind. The courage to move seem to evade her once again.

“What a pity…” his voice sounded soft and his hand started to go up.

“No…” she exclaimed out of panic and hurried to stop him. She had made a great compromise today.

Lorenzo moved away his hand and then kissed on her fair forehead. This time, she didn’t push him away. Noticing that, he couldn’t help reaching out his hand downward again.

“Is there something wrong with the buckle? What should we do?” she looked away and shifted the topic.

“Don’t worry. I will teach you…” he smiled and swallowed. Then he laid his hand onto hers to direct it onto the buckle.
