Arianne immediately felt something faintly indescribably. However, she couldn’t detect anything strange on Shelly-Ann and Mark’s faces. Shelly-Ann maintained a gentle smile on her face the entire time, but her eyes showed no signs of a smile. They immediately gave off a sense of estrangement.
When Mark and Shelly-Ann left along with Aristotle, Arianne felt empty. She pestered Mary with questions on Shelly-Ann. “Where did this aunt come from? I thought there was no one left in the Tremont family…”

Arianne let out a long sigh. “Alright then, since she’s his aunt…” There was nothing for her to worry about, even though Shelly-Ann made her feel very uncomfortable.
At around 10PM, Mark and Shelly-Ann finally returned with Aristotle. The pair were laughing and chatting happily and bought quite a lot of things. Of course, they were all branded items, clothes, daily essentials, everything one could possibly need. It seemed that Shelly-Ann was going to stay at Tremont Estate for the time being.
Aristotle was exhausted from the shopping trip and was fast asleep in Shelly-Ann’s arms when he arrived home. Shelly-Ann immediately took Aristotle up to the nursery. Arianne didn’t get to touch her son at all today, not even a little bit…
