Ethan lifted his arm to pat Tiffany’s back, but he put it down again and just moved the tissue box to a place within her reach. “That was Maria. She’ll be taking care of your daily needs from now on, so you can just tell her what you want to eat.”

He frowned at her. “If you want to be locked up here for the rest of your life, then just carry on fighting me. I have enough patience for that.”
