Dangerous Love: You Are My One and Only Bride novel Chapter 478

Jackson quickly ran after her. Just as she had flagged down a cab, he slid into the car first and dragged her in along with him, “Port Le Triomphe Hotel!”

Tiffany’s breathing became unsteady, “Why are we going to a hotel? I want to go home! Sir, Franc Park Avenue instead, please!”

Jackson pulled out a wad of cash and slapped it onto the co-driver’s seat, “To the hotel!”

The driver saw the thick wad of cash and treated this as a lover’s spat. Hence, he considerately drove the car to the hotel.

Jackson sulkily dragged Tiffany inside. She knew that he was being serious but didn’t dare make a scene. She struggled a little as she said, “Don’t… Let’s go somewhere else and talk, okay? I won’t run away…”

He ignored her and gave her no room for negotiation as he pulled her into the elevator.

Once she saw that there was no one else in the elevator, Tiffany screamed, “Are you insane? Let me go! I’m warning you, if you do this, I’ll…. I’ll… Are you listening to me?”

He glanced to the side and looked down at her, “I’m listening. Please, continue. You’ll what?”

She was close to exploding from rage. He must have been staying in this hotel throughout his visit here. That’s why he didn’t need an identification card or verification when they arrived. She had no chance of escape.

He carried her into the room when they emerged from the elevator, locked the door, and slammed her against the wall, “Are you going to run away now?”

She hugged her handbag tightly in front of her chest and stared up at him fearfully, “N-no… I’m not running away… Have you had enough to drink? It’s getting late, so I’m going home.”

With one hand against the wall, he trapped her in between the wall and his body. He lowered his head and stared down at Tiffany, who looked small and fragile. His eyes raged with an impatient thunderstorm, “I didn’t drink that much. We had an agreement. Are you going to break your promise? You’re the one who brought up the whole topic on getting together with me if you break it off. Are you going to take back what you’ve said now?”

She pressed her back firmly against the wall, too afraid to move. Her vision was completely blocked by his chest, “I was kidding…”

He pressed her further against the wall, “And what if I took it seriously?”

Her breath caught in her throat. His unique scent made her head spin; it also fit the descriptions of “walking sex god” perfectly.
