“No way! At that time, the news only mentioned a woman with the surname ‘Meyer‘! It turns out that the murder suspect is this beautiful young lady before us!” 

“I’m truly at a loss for words. What’s the use of someone like that having a license as a herbal medicine practitioner? Isn’t she just gambling with other people’s lives?” 

“Well, this is awkward. Can I perhaps get a refund for these?” 

At first, the noisy crowd looked unsure. Although there was a tiny chance it was a mistake with the medicine, they didn’t want to waste money and end up feeling worse. 

Gisele calmly surveyed the crowd and spoke with a clear, melodious voice. “Regarding Ms. McMillan’s questions, I will answer them one at a time. 

“However, after I’m done, I also have questions for Ms. McMillan. I wonder if Ms. McMillan can answer them truthfully then?” 

All eyes turned to Sierra, a top socialite that many people could only look up to from afar. 

“Of course.” Sierra crossed her arms and haughtily raised her chin. 

“Alright, regarding the first question. I do have a license to practice herbal medicine. Here’s a copy of it.” Gisele took out the copy of her license that she had prepared beforehand and 

showed it to them. 

She then continued, “As for the murder case, the police haven’t even closed the case yet. How come you’re already so determined about the outcome?” 

After answering Sierra’s question, Gisele didn’t forget to ask one herself. 

Sierra stared at Gisele, who was undaunted by the threat, and a peculiar glint passed through 

her eyes. 

“Ms. McMillan, it’s widely known that you’re a medical prodigy and studied clinical medicine at a top 50–ranked university abroad. May I ask why you’re here at my stall today? 

“Is it because you want to use herbal medicine to treat your boyfriend’s condition to spare his pride?” Gisele asked earnestly. 

Everyone who had been previously looking at the copy of the license stared curiously at Sierra. 

It seemed surprising that someone as distinguished and capable as Sierra would face such an ordinary problem as well.

Sierra’s complexion was so unsightly that it was difficult for her to maintain her usual composure. No matter how she answered, it would be detrimental to Dorian’s reputation! 

Gisele took back the copy of her license, glanced at the tall figure standing outside the crowd, and smiled sweetly. “It seems that Ms. McMillan’s silence speaks volumes. 

“However, traditional means of healing require practitioners to thoroughly observe and take note of the patients‘ needs in and out. If there is indeed an issue with the male party, he should come for a consultation himself. 

“It turns out Mr. Jefferson is infertile!” 

The outspoken crowd immediately understood Gisele’s implication. 

They immediately went wild. Such news was simply too shocking! 

Gisele beckoned to the crowd, saying, “If you’re looking for anything, feel free to come and see me!” 

After that, she turned toward Sierra and smiled sweetly as she said, “Ms. McMillan’s charm is truly remarkable. She even managed to bring Mr. Jefferson here. They’re truly perfect for each other!” 

The crowd hurriedly turned around, and when they saw Dorian, they were all taken aback. 

It turned out that Dorian was infertile and that even the best hospitals couldn’t help him, so 

he had to resort to a small herbal medicine street stall instead! 

“Don.” Sierra turned around with her bloodshot eyes, looking helpless.
