Evie raised her eyebrows as she looked at me, her ten fingers tapping continuously. I naturally understood what she meant.

"You're right. I did have sex with a man, but that man is not Vaughn."

When I mentioned Vaughn, I only felt sick.

I was really blind to find such a disgusting man.

"What? You had sex with another man... What the hell is going on?"

Evie stared at me with wide eyes. Clearly, she was shocked by my words.

Seeing her shocked expression, I told Evie about what happened last night when I saw Vaughn sleeping with Laney.

"What? Vaughn really did such a thing? What a scumbag!"

Hearing my explanation, Evie was also full of anger and started to curse Vaughn.

"By the way, what about the wedding? Today is your wedding day."

As if she had thought of something, Evie looked at me with an anxious expression.

"The wedding is cancelled."
