Nicole really wanted to kill Samuel.
Tim had asked them to play the ball game in the afternoon a few days earlier. But when she could get up, it was past four o'clock in the afternoon.
"Samuel, you did it on purpose!"
Nicole punched Samuel angrily.
Samuel did not care about her punch and said like a gentleman, "Yes, I did that on purpose."
What else could Nicole say when Samuel was so frank and shameless?
She hurriedly called Tim, but no one answered.
Samuel said indifferently, "Stop calling. Maybe he's teaching Evelyn how to play the ball. Isn't it disappointing to receive a call at this time?"
"Go away!"
Nicole felt that she could no longer look directly at Samuel.
This man was too shameless now.
Seeing that his wife seemed to be really angry, Samuel hurriedly said, "Isn't it just the ball game? Why do you have to play it with Tim? He is getting married, and the newlyweds are the sweetest. Why are you going to bother them? If you really like playing the ball game, how about playing it with me at the racecourse?"
Nicole instantly became excited.
"Polo? Is it like what's shown on TV, playing golf on the horseback with a pole?"
Samuel was speechless when he heard how Nicole explained Polo. But he dared not correct her, for it was his wife.
"That's true. Do you want to go play it?"
Nicole was somewhat attracted. But after checking the time, she said somewhat disappointedly, "It's four o'clock in the afternoon. Since it's winter now, it will be dark in less than an hour. What are we going to do? Watch the night? Or enjoy the night racecourse?"
Samuel did not pay attention to the time. He smiled and said, "We can do what you said. Or we can watch a horse race tonight and play polo tomorrow. We can stay there tonight."
"What about the children?"
Nicole pouted her lips and felt like going.
She and Samuel spent too little time together. Even after returning home, she couldn't relax because of sorts of things. Now that Samuel had asked Ernest to take charge of the company, Nicole really wanted to enjoy her free time with Samuel.
Seeing that Nicole was tempted, Samuel smiled and said, "The children can play at home, or we can take them together?"
He didn't take it seriously, but Nicole hurriedly nodded.
"Alright. Take Zoe with us. Lucas is going to do psychological counseling tomorrow. Take Zoe and Joseph with us. Joseph studies all day long. It's good for him to take a break and go out."
Hearing Nicole's words, Samuel was immediately depressed.
He just wanted to spend time with his wife, and how was that possible with two children?
However, seeing Nicole's excitement, Samuel could only agree.
"Alright, I'll go tell the children. Pack up and we'll set off in a moment."
"Alright."
In a rapture, Nicole hurriedly stood up and almost fell to the ground. She was soon hugged by Samuel.
"Be careful."
"Isn't it because of you? I don't like you anymore. I'm warning you, you can't touch me when we are at the racecourse!"
Nicole said seriously.
Samuel hurriedly nodded, but he felt Nicole was funny.
She insisted that he should not touch her, but she could never resist his masculine charm.
It was the first time when Samuel felt proud of being handsome.
However, Nicole did not know what Samuel was thinking and hurriedly took a shower in the bathroom.
Samuel took a shower in another room. Then he changed clothes and went downstairs.
Joseph was reading a book in the living room. Zoe was eating snacks while watching cartoons on TV. She laughed happily.
Samuel did not disturb them and went straight to the study.
Lucas was still writing codes. When he saw Samuel coming, he frowned slightly.
"Are you showing off to me now?"
Lucas deliberately provoked Samuel.
However, Samuel said in a good mood, "Jealous? But you can't have such happiness unless you are an adult now."
"Samuel, you're so shameless."
Lucas lowered his head and ignored him.
Samuel sat beside him in a good mood, took a glance at the code written by Lucas and said, "This code is wrong."
"Where?"
Lucas was slightly stunned.
Samuel picked up the pen and wrote a string of codes.
Lucas' eyes immediately lit up.
No wonder the older, the wiser.
Lucas said with admiration, "I didn't think of this."
"So you still need to keep working. Your mother and I will take Zoe and Joseph to the racecourse. If we don't come back tonight, you can stay at home alone, right?"
"No problem."
Lucas nodded.
Samuel remembered Lucas' psychological problems and said, "Alright, pack up and I'll send you to the Hawk's later. You'll stay with Blair tonight and get your counseling tomorrow there, okay?"
Lucas knew that Samuel was worried that he would have nightmares when he was alone at home at night. Samuel feared that he would continue to be troubled by the shooting.
He nodded and said, "Alright."
"Good boy."
Samuel directly reached out and rubbed Lucas' hair. Lucas rolled his eyes at Samuel.
"Don't touch my hair."
"Why didn't you resist when your mommy did it?"
Lucas looked at Lucas indifferently and said, "My mom gave birth to me. My life was given by my mom. Can you compare to my mother?"
Samuel immediately choked.
"Without me, you wouldn't be born."
He retorted in a low voice.

What is it with Chinese authors. The characters are slow, he finally opened his mouth, it took him so long just to say two words...the house keeper would have put the person out before he even spoke....is this really how people are over there..the characters are always lost in thought, they might as well live in their heads.....
