Don't Try to Escape, My Wife! novel Chapter 840

"Nicole, come on, get up. If you have anything to say, get up and say it."

Audrey hurriedly held Nicole's arms, but Nicole said in a low voice, "Mom, I brought my aunt here."

"What aunt? When do you have an aunt?"

After saying this, Audrey suddenly became still.

She looked blankly at Nicole and didn't quite understand what she had said.

"You brought who?"

"My aunt, Martha, is right outside the door."

As soon as Nicole finished, Audrey let go of her hand and said coldly, "Leave!"

"Mom, listen to me."

"I said leave! Take her with you!"

Audrey's sudden anger caught Nicole off guard, but she didn't get angry.

"Mom, why do you hate my aunt so much?"

"I told you to make her go away. Do you need me to say it a third time? If you really respect me as your mother, then make her go away right now. Don't ever come into my sight again for the rest of her life."

Audrey said resolutely.

Looking at Audrey, Nicole said in a low voice, "I tied her up. There might be her people everywhere outside. If I take her away and leave here, I might not have any chance to see you again."

"What do you mean?"

Audrey frowned heavily.

Nicole said lowly, "I met her at my grandfather's door. She said that she missed you. She had been wanting to reunite with her sister for so many years, and that was you."

"Bullshit!"

Audrey is a lady of principle and education. It stunned Nicole to hear this sudden curse.

"Mom, you...."

"She is no sister of mine. If I had a choice, I wish I wasn't born by the same mother as her."

"What happened exactly?"

Nicole was puzzled.

Audrey looked at her and sighed, "It's a long story. You should get up first. Take good care of yourself. My days are numbered. I know how difficult it was for you to be finally pregnant. If you lost the child, I wouldn't rest in peace even if I died now."

"Mom, don't say that."

Nicole felt sad at these words.

After she got up, Audrey asked, "You said that her people were around?"

"Perhaps, we found her people at the airport and at the entrance of the police station. We don't know how many are here...."

"Bring her in."

Audrey's sudden consent surprised Nicole.

"What?"

"Bring her in."

Audrey repeated again, Nicole finally got it.

She hurriedly went out and asked Laurence to bring Martha here, then she helped Cara into the room.

Seeing the way Cara was walking, Morgan said in a low voice, "Her caudal vertebra is broken. She needs to rest in bed for a few days."

"Thank you."

Nicole left Cara directly to Morgan's care.

Morgan said with a dark face, "I didn't say I wanted to treat him."

"Otherwise, I'll send for Joseph?"

Nicole teased, but Morgan replied, "Alright, let him come. I miss him. I haven't taught him my medical skills in this life."

Nicole paused for a moment, then said embarrassedly, "Not now, it needs a few more days for Samuel to take care of things here. I promise I'll bring him to see you."

"What things?"

"About my aunt."

This was all Nicole could say.

Seeing that Nicole couldn't spit it out, Morgan said coldly, "Alright, hurry up and get in. Leave her to me."

"Thank you."

As soon as Nicole finished speaking, Cara struggled to say, "Mrs. Green, I have to wait on you."
