Jude was really disappointed at her brother. She thought he already corrected his error and made a fresh start, however, her brother didn’t change at all and acted even worse.

The middle-aged woman suddenly stood up and said, “You can have dinner together. I have to take him to the bedroom.”

“Mom, but we don’t have spare room.” Jude couldn’t help complaining.

The middle-aged woman smiled and said, “He can sleep in your bedroom. It’s a normal thing between friends.”

Jude couldn’t help showing the whites of her eyes to her mother. What kind of logic she had? She was simply friends with Maximilian, instead of romantic friends. How could they sleep together?

Jude wanted to say more but was held up by her mother’s gaze. Her mother continued saying, “It’s late at night. Don’t think too much. Our place is far from the hotel and you cannot drive. Well, you can’t let the guest sleep on the sofa.”

Jude tried to keep calm and said, “You can sleep in my room, but remind that you can’t do anything to me.”

Maximilian replied with a smile, “Yes.”

Jude finally led him to her room. No man had come to her bedroom before except her father.
