"Just get in the house." He sighed out as he open the door. I snorted and walked up to the door. Unlike him I upheld talking ill of each other, I keep my word I have dignity. I entered his home and it just as grand inside, man I really need to ask his dad what other business she doing.
"Elliot who did you bring over?" A woman spoke as I assume is his mother. She exited out of the kitchen. Her eyes landed on me and she gave him a confused look.
"I'm Cassie Dawson, I'm here to work on a project with Elliot." I said and held out my hand.
"Ah you're Mr. Dawson's daughter! Nice to meet you!" She shook my hand firmly. For some odd reason I felt like she was testing me in her own way. We kept shaking hands with rather fake smiles plastered on her lips.
"Yes nice to meet you too!" I spoke cheerfully. Elliot sighed out and rolled his eyes.
"So...is she your new girlfriend son?" She asked out of the blue and gave him a very hard stare. My smile dropped and I clicked my tongue.
"Mrs. O'Connor, truthfully I hate your son, but since my grade depends on working with him my hatred is pushed to the side right now." I said.
"I thought we won't speak ill of each other?" Elliot faced me with raised eyebrows and I crossed my arms over my chest while facing him.
"You almost called me an idiot! I think we are even now." I pointed out. Me and him had a little mini staring contest. Our eyes were filled with complete malice.
"I never thought I'll see the day someone hates my son, but here I am witnessing it. Well have fun you two, don't kill each other please." She clapped her hands together and even gave me a sympathetic gaze. So she knows her son is intolerable, I'm glad she's self aware.
Elliot mumbled something under his breath and gestured me to follow him. I silently trailed behind him up the stairs and down the hall. We stopped in front of a door, which it has to be his room. He opened it and let me in first.
Naturally being nosy I did inspect his room, it was neat way too neat. I wanted to see him have more flaws besides being an asshole and part time man whore . Other than that he's a bit too perfect, and that just makes me hate him more. He needs more flaws.
"Impressed?" Elliot asked as he sat down at his desk.
"Here." Elliot handed me a pillow and now I was beyond flabbergasted. He just kept holding it out waiting for me to take it. I didn't move at all because I was just in complete shock. Eventually he just placed it on top of my stomach and went back to his spot.
I turned to the side and starting question the universe right now. Him being too nice is freaking me out, and it's scaring me honestly. This feels so foreign that I do not know what to do with all this information.
"I can feel you staring at me." He spoke up.
"Yes, you're being weird and it's freaking me out." I shivered and clenched the pillow in my arms. He stopped what was doing and tilted his head to the side.
"How am I being weird?" He asked as he pointed to himself.
"You're being too nice! It's freaking me out! I know I said to pause our hatred for each other, still this is too much!" I pointed out. Also he's kind of acting like a gentleman towards me and that's just making it worse.
