Victoria's face turned pale instantly, and cold sweat poured down her forehead Lukas spoke again, "Mrs. Lopez, my patience is limited."

Victoria's eyebrows twitched heavily, and she quickly wiped the cold sweat from his forehead. She mustered up the courage to speak, "I can give the things to Mr. Strakovski, but let's wait until Bella marries Gerald."

Victoria was a clever person. She knew that Raymond Rhodes was not an ordinary person in Mediopolis, yet Lukas managed to gather evidence and report him in such a short time, showing the strength of Lukas's influence. It was beyond the capability of an ordinary person to offend him.

Lukas glanced mockingly at Victoria, realizing that Victoria was not as domineering as he thought after threatening Skylar.

He stood up, leaving a parting remark, "They can register their marriage today. I hope Mrs.Lopez won't disappoint me."

After saying that, Lukas left the private room.

He stopped at the entrance of the room, seemingly thinking of something, and then turned back to face Victoria. "Do not disturb Skylar anymore."

He continued, "Mrs. Lopez, I have a bad temper. If I find out that you've crossed the line again and bothered Skylar, you can imagine the consequences yourself."

Victoria's back was covered in a cold sweat. She had never realized that this young man could be so intimidating.

She sat in the private room for quite a while, and it is when she started feeling that her legs were no longer weak that she finally stood up and left the premises.

After Lukas left the private room, Martins quickly caught up with him and asked, "Mr. Strakovski, are we going back to the company now?"

Lukas didn't answer his question. Instead, he gave an order, "Inform the Hughes Family that I can give them the project they mentioned earlier, but under the condition that Gerald must register his marriage with Bella today."

The Hughes Family was one of the few who knew the true depth of Lukas's background; otherwise, they wouldn't have been eager to carry favors with him. While others believed Lukas to be just a jewelry emperor, the Hughes Family had a deeper understanding. Though they didn't know his real identity, they knew that Lukas had his hands in many major projects across various industries in Mediopolis. It showed that he had influence in both politics and business, making his words carry great weight.

Martins nodded, "All right, I'll handle it right away."

Lukas thought for a moment and added, "I won't be heading to the company today. I'll go home. There's nothing important to do when I go home, so there's no need to call me."

Martins nodded again, watching Lukas leave.
