Cathy's knife and fork slipping suddenly which made a short rasping noise. She paused for two seconds, seemingly hesitating about something. Then she looked up at the beautiful outline of the man. Her eyes were full of guilt. "Sorry, Matt... What you asked me to think about, I thought about it for a long time... There's still no way to..."
She paused, distressed for herself and apologized for him.
Matt’s eyes dimmed, there was no annoyance, no gaffe, and there was still a gentle and calm smile on his face. "Don't apologize to me, affection permit can not the half be some force. We both experienced a failed marriage, so we will be extra careful not to make another mistake, I was already very happy that you considered it."
"Matt, thank you for understanding." Cathy looked at him gratefully, and then she bowed her head and fed Mila a mouthful of meat. She said sincerely, "I am not flattering you. With your condition and temperament, you don't need to make do with me. You should find someone you like. I believe your insight, the woman you like will not treat Mila bad."
In her mind, Matt wanted to be with her, is nothing more than that he thought they were more compatible, can form a family, simply live together.
But the man suddenly shook his head and smiled, seemingly helpless, Sighed: "Cathy, why do you think that I choose you is a make-do-with thing? Or have I always been too tactful and implicit to make you feel initiative?”
"Um?" Cathy looked at him with puzzle "Isn't it?"
She guessed wrong?
Matt was amused by her blank expression, dark eyes focused her, “Miss Cathy, do you always fail to see your virtues? If I said I was really attracted to you, would you reconsider it?”
"..."
An unexpected confession.
