Jason didn’t answer. 

He led her from the entrance to the study room. 

Then he set the tray aside and gazed at her with tender eyes, saying, “I had a hunch beforehand that we might need it… so I instructed Eaton to prepare it in advance.” 

Aletta stared at Jason, feeling a mix of emotions, and not knowing what to say. 

She truly didn’t expect that Jason would use a fake report to conceal the matter from his family….

Jason pulled her closer, speaking in a soft and gentle tone, as if he could read her mind, “I don’t want them to have any prejudice against you, even if it’s temporary. When she was about to ask, Jason had already closed and locked the 

door.
