Extra's Death: I Am the Son of Hades novel Chapter 311

"So we will send the kid to the past? I don’t think he can survive the strain of time travel if you can’t either."

"Believe me, he can. His trait increases his resistance to Time Deaths."

Daniel was able to hear them.

But he couldn’t do anything.

Gaia, after hearing Kronos, looked at Daniel with a solemn expression.

"Good luck, kid…. and sorry

"You are the last hope of our world."

She left the room along with Kronos.

Left alone, Daniel could do nothing but curse himself for his past mistakes.

If only he had done better.

If only he had not been selfish.

’System, can you remove the Time Prison?’

[Negative, host.]

Neo could destroy the Time Prison.

However, he didn’t.

Right now, Daniel was in a dangerous state of mind.

If he was allowed to fight, there was a chance he could self-destruct.

While Daniel was being protected against his will, Kronos, Gaia, and Zeus did their parts elsewhere in the battle-ravaged world.

Kronos designed a new, weaker version of the World-Time Spell.

Gaia prepared to connect the World Core with the magic circle as soon as it was completed.

Zeus slaughtered monsters.

Everywhere he went, only rivers of blood and corpses were left behind.

He used the blood of monsters to build the magic circle.

All monsters could use mana. Their mana-rich blood served as an excellent conductor for the spell.

He was exhausted, fighting day and night.

His breaths were ragged.

Yet, he neither complained nor stopped.

Lightning danced along his broken skin, forcing his body to keep moving.

The monsters, under Typhaon’s control, fought him without caring for their lives.

They threw themselves into Zeus’ path happily.

When Typhaon transformed them, he ensured they would obey his commands with no hesitation.

The two sides clashed endlessly.

Zeus’s body broke and broke and broke.

But he didn’t care.

He continued to move ahead.

He fought like a mindless slaughterer.

Humans. Monsters. Aliens.

He crushed anyone who stood in his path.

He had no intention of falling before he completed his task.

The rivers of blood left behind by Zeus slowly connected, forming magic circles.

The runes sparked with unstable energy.

Kronos’ expression was grim.

He had expected Zeus to do this, but it was surprising—and despairing—nonetheless.

"Wouldn’t a magic circle made from blood have less durability?

"Anyone can stop just one river of blood and the spell would fail," Gaia asked Kronos when they met a few days later.

"It’s fine. I’ve added fake parts to the magic circle. Typhaon won’t know what to destroy."

"He can just destroy everything," she countered.

"He can’t."

As if on cue, a second sun appeared in the sky.

It’s range increased, shining over the entire world.

The air grew thick with the scent of burning ozone and the distant cries of combat.

The World Time Spell was completed.

The spell was inscribed on the earth successfully.

Kronos and Gaia moved quickly.

They didn’t have much time before Typhaon damaged the magic circle.

Kronos protected Gaia while she connected the World Core and World-Time Spell’s magic circle.

They were successful.

However, Typhaon was able to harm Gaia.

The Father of Anomalies could connect to the World Core.

He had been lying in wait for Gaia to kill her when he connected to the World Core.

Although she was able to escape Typhaon’s ambush momentarily and connect the World Core and World-Time Spell, the injuries claimed her life.

Kronos wasn’t left unharmed either.

He had been fighting non-stop for weeks.

The exhaustion caught up to him.

Just when Kronos was about to be slain, Daniel appeared and saved him.

"How are you here?" Kronos asked.

The exhaustion made his mind muddy, and he had lost control of Daniel’s time prison.

It was how Daniel could escape.

Kronos chuckled when he realized how Daniel was there.

Tears began to fall from Daniel’s eyes.

The sight of watching Kronos, who was like an older brother to him, laughing as he was dying, was heartbreaking.

It was a reminder of his mistakes.

"Kronos, you should be the one to go to the past. You are a better choice than me. I did nothing, even in the last battle—"

"Daniel."

Kronos cut off Daniel and looked at him with a smile.

"I didn’t try to save Child of Mana because of my intuition. Tell my past self this when you meet him."
