Estelle's heart was wrenched with pain. "No, it's not like that!"

"Then go save them! They're waiting for you. If you don't go, they'll die!"

Estelle nodded frantically and said, "I'm on it, I'm going to save them!"

"Hurry, or it'll be too late!" Raiden urged.

Anxiety painted Estelle's face as she felt for her gun and then spun around, sprinting towards the abandoned factory ahead.

She ran swiftly, her face stripped of panic, replaced by a fierce determination to stand with her team till the end.

Behind her, Raiden watched with an indifferent gaze as Estelle dashed towards the edge of the rooftop.

A helicopter approached midair, and Josiah, standing aboard, suddenly exclaimed with surprise, "I see Estelle! She's up on the rooftop!"

His eyes widened in shock as he cried out, "What is she doing?"

Amiee looked up from her computer to the rooftop where Estelle was running wild and said sternly, "She's been controlled!"

Josiah's face turned ashen. "Get us closer, now, to the rooftop!"

The helicopter surged forward.

At the same moment, Estelle reached the edge and, without a moment's hesitation, leaped from the fifty-story rooftop!

"Estelle!"

Josiah roared and, without time to strap on a parachute, grabbed a rope and leapt from the helicopter, plummeting towards Estelle at breakneck speed.

The howling wind wrapped around Estelle's falling body.

The aircraft was going down fast.

Amiee didn't immediately bail out; instead, she waited for the helicopter to descend to a safe altitude for Estelle and her to land, ready to cut the rope that tethered them.

The biting wind brought Estelle back to her senses. She realized Amiee's plan and pulled out a dagger to throw to Josiah, her voice hoarse and stern, "Cut the rope, now!"

Amiee leaned over and shouted, "Don't cut it, wait!"

Josiah looked up, locking eyes with Amiee across the distance, hesitated for a split second, then fiercely brought the dagger down on the rope.

The line snapped, and Josiah and Estelle fell rapidly towards the forest canopy!

Amiee reached out for the rope, her eyes wide with horror as she watched them fall, no longer hesitating, she turned to the pilot and yelled, "Get the parachutes ready, we're bailing out!"
