Jack let out a cold snort and instructed a guy named Logan to keep an eye on Nicolas outside, in case he messed up their plan again.
Once sure no one would interrupt, Jack turned to Norah, "Sweetheart, just behave yourself and you won't get hurt!"
A spark of determination flashed in Norah's eyes. She kicked her legs and slammed her head towards the wall.
"Gosh!" Jack lunged, pulling her back just in time.
Norah gritted her teeth, "I swear you'll pay for this, the Lamont family won't let this slide!"
"I was planning to be gentle to you, but if you're gonna be a tough cookie, don't blame us for getting rough!" Jack shrugged off the fact that Norah's legs were still tied, and started to undress her.
Norah struggled and screamed. Although the surrounding houses were mostly abandoned, Jack gagged her with a piece of cloth to avoid attracting passerby. He was about to tie her hands when a thud was heard outside, followed by Nicolas's scream.
His face changed, and he rushed out to see a man kicking Logan's head through the second story window. Logan was sent flying, hitting the wall and passing out!
Nicolas was hit with something, his hand covering the bleeding wound, terrified and hiding in a corner.
The sight startled Jack, who picked up a chair and threw it at the intruder.
Xavier kicked the chair to pieces, his face fierce, "Where's Norah?"
