Chapter 112

“I’m honored to announce Docter and Mrs. Benjamin Parks and family, the Reverend announced. Everyone stood and clapped as they made their way back down the aisle and into the nursery area to have some private time.

Once everyone had been greeted, Ron freshened up her makeup and hair and they set about taking pictures.

“Can we have the bride and groom?” the photographer asked.

Benjamin and she moved to where he needed them to be. And that was the start of the hour–and–half–long photography–taking session. Once they were done, Pandora nursed the boys as Benjamin helped her.

“I’m going to miss them,” she told Benjamin.

“So am I, but it’s just two nights, and then they will be back with us.

She nodded at him, but it still didn’t lessen the worry that they would need her and she wouldn’t be there.

“Don’t worry, I will keep your mind so occupied you will not even know that you’re away for two days,” Benjamin said huskily, lifting her brows at her.

“I’m going to hold you to that.”

Once the boys were ready, they headed to the reception hall. They all enjoyed a nice meal before listening to the speeches. Pandora’s father made her tear up when he talked about how happy she was.

After the speeches, they cut the cake, and then Benjamin and she were called to the floor to share their first official dance as husband and wife. They both dance all the traditional dances with parents, family, and friends.

Pandora was so moved as was everyone that Maisey was able to dance with everyone. Her healing process was going very well. She threw her flowers and was surprised that Sia was the one who caught them.

After kissing the boys and making sure they were all set with their grandparents, Benjamin and Pandora got in a cab to take them home a little after nine. Nina and her father were staying with Lana and Peter for the weekend.

She knew Benjamin and she would miss the boys, but she was looking forward to having Benjamin to herself for the next forty–eight hours. She smiled at him as they arrived home, and he helped her out of the cab.

As the cab drove off, his lips met hers and her hand went to his hair. He held her so closely that her front was tight against his.

“I love you,” he mumbled as she walked backward.

Her back hit the door of their home but he was still kissing her. Her mind didn’t seem to take note of anything until he picked her up and carried her into the house.

Setting her down, she heard more than saw the door close, and soon she was again walking backward. Benjamin grabbed hold of one of her hands and their bodies started to sway from side to side. His lips let hers go and he spun her around before pulling her back

into his arms.

Kissing her again, she panted with need. Slowly he unbuttoned her dress, his fingers trailing across the skin as he went. Hers worked on him at the same time. It was as if he wanted to study everything about her, the same way she wanted to commit his touch and the feel of him to memory.

She peeled her dress down her arms, while he rid himself of his clothes. When her dress dropped to the floor, he picked her up and she wrapped her legs around him as he stepped over their clothing. His lips left hers and moved down to her neck as she arched her
