Finding My Baby Daddy (Pandora and Benjamin) novel Chapter 32

[WARNING: CRUDE CONTENT UP AHEAD.]

I turned my head and sure enough, two more security guards were watching me; these guys were pussies, they could never fight by theinselves. I nodded to hopefully appease them as I deposited another five hundred in the machine. I was due to hit big and there had to be a win coming up soon. I hit the bet max button and watched the reels spin, but the fucking asshole put me off my game. My cell rang and I hit the button again.

“Come on,

five cherries,” I said to myself before accepting the call. “What?” I said impatiently as I watched the reels spinning again.

“Derrik, Mackenna said sounding down.

“Babe, I am working, what’s up?” I asked watching for those cherries. The first reel stopped and there was a cherry.

“Rick?”

“Oh sorry, babe, what’s wrong?” The second reel stopped on a cherry.

“I’m sick; can you bring dinner home with you?”

I pulled my cell away from my mouth, still watching the reels. Mackenna is kinky as fuck, had a stellar body, and she was beautiful, but her wife skills were shit. “Yeah sure, I’ll be home soon,” I muttered as I saw that the rest of the spin went well, and I was up five hundred.

“Love you,” she said..

“Love you, too,” I replied, hoping she believed me because I couldn’t deal with another meltdown. Hitting end, I pocketed my cell and fist pumped when I saw my checkout balance was over sixty–two hundred.

Printing the receipt, I went to the high rollers center, to really break the bank. I walked to the five–thousand–to–play slot machine. I entered the ticket and my money loaded onto the screen. I hit the max bet and watched the reels spin.

“Come on, come on, yes!” I fistpumped. That was another ten thousand. Feeling incredibly lucky, I hit bet all and watched the reels spin. As they spun a bunch of people had stopped to stare at me. I was a smug bastard, so I gave them my ‘I’m more important than you‘ nod, before turning back to the machine. The reels stopped and I was instantly mad. “Fuck!” I roared, punching the machine.

“Okay, Sir, I think it’s time you left.”

I sneered at the guard and his buddies before picking up my jacket and storming out. Sitting in my car, I felt cheated. I looked at my online banking account and saw there were just five hundred left. I drove off heading to the cheap shitty Chinese take–out that Mackenna loved so much. I parked my car next to some guy with a nice piece of metal.

“Nice wheels,” I said and he looked up giving me a smile.

“Thanks, he replied.

“What’s her speed?”

Before he could answer me, at him.

W

his cell rang, making him groan. “What!” he yelled as he answered it. “No, Milton, I didn’t forget my wife!” I chuckled and looked

This guy had tattoos on both arms. I found them disgusting. That’s another thing Pandora always wanted me to do, but I told her tattoos were for gang members and lowlife individuals.

“Her name is not Jane!” the guy hissed out, getting my attention again. He snapped his fancy folded cell phone closed before shoving it back into his pocket.

“Next!” The guy at the counter called and I looked at the guy who stepped forward. He rattled off an order that would be the whore’s idea of a perfect choice. His likes were so close to hers that I snorted, making the guy look at me.

As I waited, I stood next to him as he sent what seemed to be an angry text on his cell.

Women are so not worth it,” I said, pointing at his phone. Thinking the guy was a lowlife or not, I almost understood the misery. He frowned and looked at

  1. me.

“Most aren’t, but I believe we all have our one, the one we just click with. It’s like you can see the rest of your life play out in their eyes.

“Bad break up?” I let out a soft breath.

No, more like a bad marriage. She was heartless; never showed me any love or support. She was always on me to change and said my ideas and thoughts were stupid.” I snort shaking my head. “She always made me feel like I wasn’t good enough, that the things I bought her weren’t good enough. I know I should’ve got out first, but I kept trying, I guess. I ended up meeting my Rosie and this girl is everything. She loves the clothes, the same ones that weren’t good enough for my ex–wife. She makes me feel important, and she wants me.”

“Sounds like you met a good woman, and had a lucky escape.

Nodding at him, I let out a sigh. “Don’t I know it, but my ex got everything, even the house we shared.” The guy gave me a sad smile, but his number got called and he walked up to get his food. “Later,” I called as he walked out.

My order got called, I grabbed the food and drove to the shit hole I had been made to live in.
