Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life novel Chapter 1246

The young woman stood there, blindfolded, with a silk scarf covering most of her face. All anyone could see was her skin, pale and almost glowing under the sun, and the slow, teasing smile forming at the corners of her lips. Out of the blue, Flora raised the gun in her hand, but she took her time. No rush.

The moving target zigzagged wildly, making everyone's hearts race. Hitting a moving target is tough, even when you can see. Could Flora pull it off blindfolded?

“Bang!” A gunshot cracked through the air, snapping everyone’s attention to the sound.

“Bang!”

“Bang!”

“Bang!”

“Bang!”

Four more shots echoed in rapid succession! Five shots in under three seconds! Flora had let loose a flurry of bullets.

And—everyone turned to the moving target in shock—a huge hole was blasted right through its center! Flora's five shots had done the impossible. They'd pierced the target straight through! Each bullet hit dead center, as precise as could be.

The crowd was left speechless. Silence swept over the place, thick and heavy.

Then, as if in slow motion, Flora pulled the silk scarf away from her eyes. She squinted slightly, admiring the massive hole she'd just created, her lips curling into a confident smile. With a flick of her wrist, she spun the gun in a stylish flourish.

Smooth. Really smooth.

“Wow—” she whistled, impressed with herself.

That was the moment the crowd snapped back to reality. Under the sunlight, the young woman, with a scarf in one hand and a gun twirling in the other, shone so brightly she seemed almost otherworldly.

Impressive! Absolutely impressive! They were utterly won over.

“Wow! Incredible!”
