Fiona only showed up at the hospital for consultations once a week, and there was always a long line of people eager to see her. Those who were too anxious could simply choose another doctor, so why crowd here and make a fuss?
"Director, we paid for a specialist, and this is the service we get?" Christina was clearly not happy. The specialist fees they shelled out were way above the norm, so why shouldn't they question the service?
"Director, our media company has brought a ton of business to your hospital and secured significant investments. You can't just brush us off like this, can you? I demand a different specialist."
Hearing this, Fiona just shrugged it off. Did this woman really think she was that big of a deal? There were countless people trying to get her attention, and this lady seriously thought Fiona had nothing better to do?
Fiona tossed her pen onto the desk, crossed her legs, and pulled out her earbuds, heading over to the couch. Playing games and listening to music was way more enjoyable than listening to this woman’s complaints.
Fiona's laid-back attitude only made Christina tremble with anger, pointing at Fiona but unable to say a word. Was this what they called a specialist appointment? Was there any other specialist like this?
They had spent ten grand just for the appointment, not even counting any follow-up treatment costs. "Director, you owe me an explanation." Christina was shaking with anger, pointing at Fiona, who was playing on her phone. "A high school student pretending to be a specialist? Is this how your hospital operates? I'm going to expose you!"
