Shawn's face lit up when he saw Flora. He rummaged through his bag and pulled out a gift box, handing it to her. "Flora, my cousin wouldn't stop bugging me to buy this over the weekend. I figured you'd like it too, so I got one for you as well. Consider it a thank you for helping me with my paper."

Darcy leaned in, giving Shawn and Flora a knowing look. "Shawn, why'd you only bring Flora a gift? Playing favorites, huh?"

Shawn quickly tried to shut them up, nervously glancing at Flora to see if she was upset. When he saw she wasn’t, he relaxed a bit.

"Alright, everyone back to work. If you have too much free time, I can ask Dr. Ray to find more tasks for you."
