Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life novel Chapter 654

Bit by bit, her sanity slipped away.

The scalpel, initially aimed at the model's abdomen, veered off by three inches. Even blindfolded, Orla could feel it; if she were working on a real person, that tiny misstep would have been fatal.

Her hand, clutching the scalpel, grew rigid and shaky.

Finally, in a moment of utter despair, Orla ripped off her blindfold, her eyes red and swollen, glaring at Flora!

She was defeated, unable to continue.

Meanwhile, Flora, standing casually with one leg slightly bent, glided the scalpel over the model's skin, effortlessly making precise cuts.

The entire process was executed with such ease.

Underneath her blindfold, her lips curled into a smug, almost arrogant smile.

After making the final incision, Flora pulled off her blindfold.

At that exact moment, the timer on the large screen behind her stopped.

Not a second more, not a second less—exactly ten minutes.

Dissecting a model blindfolded, a task that would take even top medical professionals at least half an hour, Flora had finished in just ten minutes.

Ten minutes!

A deathly silence enveloped the arena. Even the live stream was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Nationwide, viewers were glued to their screens, utterly astounded by the girl on stage.

The sun cast a warm golden halo around her. Feeling a bit warm, she raised her hand to shield her eyes from the glare.

Too cool.

"Are we done here?" Flora looked up at the host, visibly impatient; she'd finished ages ago.

The host snapped out of his daze. "The second round of the competition, and the victory goes to Flora from the University of Maple Grove Laboratory!"

His excitement caused his voice to crack on the words "Flora wins!"
