Game Over No Second Chances novel Chapter 394

"Of course. My son is going to inherit the family business one day. Everything the Jansen family owns will be his," Howard said cheerfully.

He had spent the entire day working. Now, with his wife and an unborn child at home, he was all smiles as he wrapped Rachel in his arms. They started getting cozy right there by the entrance.

Rachel gave him a playful shove, her pretty eyes narrowing.

"All you ever do is talk. Sarah is stuck running errands at the company while juggling her weddings. Yet, Serena is now manager at Jansen Group and CEO of Amber Group. What have you exactly set aside for our son?"

"That's all temporary. Once you give birth to a healthy boy, the manager's position and Amber Group will be all his."

Howard leaned in and kissed her cheek, his hand starting to wander.

Rachel caught his hand. "Not now. It's still a risky period. And don't you try to sweet talk me.

"Amber Group is doing better every day. Do you really think Serena is going to just hand it over? We dumped a fortune into that company. In the end, she is the one earning all the profits."

Howard sneered. "Serena is still young. If I could give her Amber Group, I can take it back anytime I want too. All she has to do now is keep running it well. We'll just sit back and reap the profits."

Howard felt his desire burning with Rachel still in his arms. He gave her another kiss and said, "Come on, Rachel. I've had a rough day, and I feel like crap. We don't have to go all the way. Just let me unwind a little, okay?"

Rachel had planned to turn him down.

But seeing how confident he looked, a smile slowly curled at the corners of her lips.

He wasn't wrong.

They could let Serene handle Amber Group and receive the government grant for now.

Once everything was in place, they could snatch it all back and enjoy the fruits of her labor.

Howard wasn't that dumb too.

She giggled and hooked her arm around his. "You're so annoying. Let's go back to the bedroom."

"Gladly."
