Get me out of here!” Claire Bennett yells and clutches angrily at the bars of the cage, with the chains of her hands clashing against the bars and making a sharp clattering sound that makes everyone under the platform more excited.
Her present appearance is delicate, soft, stubborn, and people can’t help but want to conquer!
The man on the stage laughs at Claire Bennett’s words and raises his microphone to the crowd. “This young lady says we are breaking the law here, but this is the young master of the Howard family who wants to auction this woman. Do you dare to buy her?”
Leo Howard?!
Suddenly, Claire glares and feels furious that Leo Howard has sent her here?! How dare he.... How can he do this to her?!
Anger flares up in her mind, and Claire Bennett trembles with rage!

The storyline could have been better -- organization and cohesion of episodes could stand improvement, ending could have been more definitive resolving the many conflicts between the protagonists. Of course, the despicable treatment of Leo towards Claire initially, e.g., selling her off in an auction and giving her to the madam of the club as princess is inhuman and a violation to the wife's rights and honor. I was wondering why she did not leave after these maltreatments. Oh, well, the conclusion [if the narrative ends in Chapter 488] is quite disappointing and anti-climactic. Thank you just the same....
The end of the story is wanting, considering how the episodes build up to conflict after conflict and concluding in yet another conflict. But then c'est la vie! Thank you....
