This morning Emma said she was going to the company to deal with business. But she never comes back. Leo can’t get through to her.
Leo’s okay, but Emma’s missing.
Leo took pains to catch the little wild cat. How can he stand her missing now? He lets almost all his people out. He will find Emma at any cost.
He is the dark top of the city. If he wants to find someone, he can. Even if Emma hides, he can dig her out.
But Emma is now tied to a post by a rope. By convention, Kate should have shut her up, but she doesn’t.
Kate wants to hear Emma’s voice in pain. She will beat her for Claire and herself who was almost killed by her until she begs for mercy.
Behind Kate stand a large group of motorcyclists. They wear racing suits and helmets. Kate is dressed the same way. But she is wearing boots and leather skirts and she looks very sexy.
“Aren’t you very proud?” Kate holds her helmet in one hand and slaps Emma in the face with the other. She leaves five very visible fingerprints on Emma’s delicate face.
Coincidentally, the slap is in the same position as Claire hit her that day.
Emma’s face has gone down, but she didn’t expect to be hit by Kate today. She looks up at Kate and says, “bitch.”
Then Kate slaps Emma again. This time it’s still the same position.
Emma is dizzy with a loud slap. But she’s still scolding Kate.
Kate thinks it is funny. She says to the people behind her, “isn’t it strange? Now even a bitch is so stubborn. I want to see how long you can hold on.”
Emma doesn’t know how many slaps and kicks she has suffered.
Kate puts on her boots to beat Emma. The bottom of that boot is very hard. When she kicks Emma on the body and bones, Emma is in agony and almost coma.
Kate sneers. She steps on Emma’s hair and says, “bitch? Why don’t you speak?”
Emma looks up at Kate. She tries to smile and says, “believe me, sooner or later you will be worse than me.”
Kate’s reason finally disappears. She can’t help kicking Emma in the thigh.
Emma shivers and moans. She can’t make a sound.
Just as Kate is about to hit her, the door of the abandoned factory suddenly opens. A group of people in black led by Leo come in.
Emma looks at Leo and sneers.
People in black behind Leo even have guns in their hands.
Most of the motorcyclists are college students. They have never seen such a scene. Soon they are beaten on the ground by the people in black and thrown out.
Kate shivers. She knows she is dying. She didn’t expect Leo to find her so soon. Claire is right. She can’t beat Leo.

The readers' comments on the novel: Genius Son Sells his Mom to Dad
The storyline could have been better -- organization and cohesion of episodes could stand improvement, ending could have been more definitive resolving the many conflicts between the protagonists. Of course, the despicable treatment of Leo towards Claire initially, e.g., selling her off in an auction and giving her to the madam of the club as princess is inhuman and a violation to the wife's rights and honor. I was wondering why she did not leave after these maltreatments. Oh, well, the conclusion [if the narrative ends in Chapter 488] is quite disappointing and anti-climactic. Thank you just the same....
The end of the story is wanting, considering how the episodes build up to conflict after conflict and concluding in yet another conflict. But then c'est la vie! Thank you....
