Chapter 156 I Don’t Have an Ex–Girlfriend
In the private room.
Samara looked at the bland and healthy food in front of her. It had to be said that Roland was really considerate.
Samara had not completely recovered from her cold and her appetite was not good. She could eat but she did not really want to
eat.
Along the way, Roland did not ask what she wanted to eat. He directly brought her to Millview Restaurant. They came to the private room. Even if people had money, he might not have made an appointment. The dishes he ordered were bland and healthy. He had taken care of her current condition.
Samara suddenly understood why Roland had so many rumors, but none of those women said anything bad about him.
A person like him was probably nice to you.
“What are you thinking about?”
Roland took the empty plate in front of her and added some soup to her.
Samara looked at him and smiled slightly. “Are you so good to every girlfriend?”
When Roland heard her words, his eyes moved slightly, and his eyes curved into a smile. “Do you mind?”
Samara looked at the soup on the plate. “I’m curious.”
As soon as she finished speaking, Roland suddenly leaned over and placed one hand on the back of the chair behind Samara. His other hand gently pressed against the table in front of her. He half–circled her and laughed casually. “Does that mean that you have a little interest in me?”
He leaned closer and the faint scent on him spread, causing Samara’s heart to be a little chaotic.
She moved and slightly widened the distance between the two of them. “I’m not so curious.”
Curiosity killed the cat. This sentence was indeed true.
After Samara finished speaking, she lowered her head and continued to have the soup.
Roland was already used to Samara’s silent resistance. He smiled and was not in a hurry. He picked up the fork and gave her some vegetables. “This is quite delicious.”
“Thank you.”
Roland did not continue to hold her back. Samara let out a sigh of relief. She glanced at Roland and said politely.
When he looked at her like this, his eyes carried a bit of doting tenderness, which made Samara feel weird.
