Go Away, I'm a Billionairess Now (Samara and Chaim) novel Chapter 267

Chapter 267 Anything Will Do

Suddenly, Samara remembered that Roland had gone on a business trip to Mexico a few days ago.

When Roland was standing at the entrance of Samara’s apartment, he had a suit jacket on his arm. It was obvious that Roland had driven here from the airport. It was such a hot day in Chicago, and Roland wouldn’t wear a jacket on such a hot day.

Noticing Samara’s gaze, Roland released his hand and asked, “What do you want to eat tonight?”

When Samara heard Roland’s words, she retracted her thoughts and said, “Things are a little complicated. I may not be able to treat you to a meal tonight.”

Roland raised his eyebrows and looked at Samara with a smile. “I don’t mind having takeout.”

Hearing this, Samara felt that if she refused again, it would be a little impolite.

After all, Roland rushed from the airport to Samara’s home. Then, Roland kindly brought Samara to the hospital for a checkup without asking anything.

To be honest, if not for Roland, Samara wouldn’t have noticed it, let alone go to the hospital.

Twenty minutes later, the car stopped downstairs at Samara’s apartment.

After entering the apartment, Samara went to pour a glass of water and handed it to Roland. She said to Roland, “Thank you.”

Roland looked at Samara. “Shouldn’t I be the one who said thank you?”

Samara smiled and picked up the tablet computer on the coffee table. She turned it on and clicked open a takeout application. “What do you want to eat? Anything will do. You choose.”

Roland took the tablet and clicked his tongue. “Anything will do?”

“Yes.”

Samara responded and took her phone to check Mary’s message

The internet was filled with news of Samara and Chaim getting back together. Naturally, Kadin and Mary had also known about it.

Samara did not want her parents to worry. After thinking for a while, Samara still did not tell her parents everything that happened last night. She just texted, “Mom, it was just a misunderstanding. I can handle it.”

Mary saw Samara’s text and let out a sigh of relief. She did not want to make her daughter sad again, so she texted, “OK, Your Dad and I believe you.”

When Samara saw this message, she felt warm in her heart. She texted back, “Thank you.”
