Curiosity getting the better of him, he opened the bag and found a box of pills. Examining it, he recognized them as birth control pills To his dismay, half the pack was already used. 

Jared’s emotions swirled in turmoil. As he sat on the bed, processing the discovery, Agnes emerged from the bathroom. The moment she saw Jared holding the pill box, her heart raced, sensing what was about to come. 

“Jated?” she approached cautiously, noting the stern look on his face. “What’s wrong? 

Slowly, Jared opened his hand, “What is this?” 

Agnes’s breath hitched, “Birth control pills.” 

“How long have you been taking them?” 

Tve been taking them, they’re long-term birth control pills. They don’t harm the body 

Jared looked up, his eyes deep and calm, but cold, “Why?” 

Agnes felt nervous. 

But in the end, she spoke her mind, “I don’t want to have children so early. I haven’t finished my studies yet, and I’ve been busy shooting TV shows and now a movie. If I were pregnant, it would affect the production schedule”
