Agnes responded coldly, “Ms. Laura, save your breath. I won’t sell my stocks. Since you’ve sold yours and made a fortune, why are you selling this house? 

Laura’s face changed, “The money I got from selling those stocks isn’t enough to cover the debts, Agnes. You probably have no idea how much debt your father has accumulated from his investments.
