Hello, Mr. Brent novel Chapter 214

Emily was stunned and turned to look behind.

"Emily, it's really you!" Abigail said in disbelief and strode towards Emily quickly.

Emily stood up and looked at Abigail in disbelief.

"Mom."

"Emily, where have you been all these years? Mom misses you so much." Abigail hugged Emily and cried with her head on Emily's shoulder.

Bryce looked over and saw a stranger holding her mother. He immediately stood up and ran over, pushing Abigail hard, "Don't bully my mother. This is my mother. You're not allowed to hug her."

Abigail had no choice but to let go of Emily. She was stunned to see the little man below, then she showed a shocked expression.

"Emily, this is..."

"Mom, this is my son, Bryce. His nickname is Bryce." Emily immediately picked up her son and said to Abigail.

Then she explained to Bryce, "Bryce, be good. This is not a bad man. She doesn't want to bully mom. She's mom's mother. She is your grandmother."

"Grandma?" Bryce tilted his little head and stared at Abigail as if he was thinking about his mother's words seriously.

Emily nodded and said, "Yes, grandma. Haven't you always envied Lucy for having grandma? You also have grandma. This is your grandma. Quick, call grandma."

"Hello, grandma." When Bryce heard that Abigail was not a bad person, he immediately smiled obediently.

However, when Abigail saw him, her expression became even more strange. She nodded awkwardly, unable to squeeze out a smile.

Sensing her mother's abnormality, Emily gave Bryce to James and introduced James to her mother.

Naturally, James was very respectful to Abigail and called out, "Mom."

Abigail said in surprise, "You're married again?"

After that, she looked at Emily awkwardly. Emily had a child and she must be married again. Could it be that this child belonged to Franklin?

"It's okay. He knows everything." Emily smiled and explained to her mother.

Only then did Abigail breathe a sigh of relief, but after looking at Bryce again, her expression changed again. She quickly looked away and said, "Emily, I want to talk to you."

"Well, I happen to have a lot to tell you," Emily said immediately.

"Let's go out and talk! Find a place." Abigail suggested.

Emily thought about it. Joyce's house was not very big, so it was not convenient to talk here. So She told James and Joyce and left with her mother.

There was a coffee shop opposite Joyce's house. Emily and Abigail walked in and found a secluded seat by the window and they sat down.

Abigail looked at Emily from head to toe and smiled comfortingly, "You've changed and become more beautiful in the past few years."

Emily smiled and said, "So is mom. You are younger and prettier than before."
