Hey, My Twins Babies novel Chapter 270

Rufus's words made Megan cry.

"Why? Why no one help my brother and me? What have we done wrong? Why can't we live with Daddy and Mommy? Even if we have a mistake, let us know, we will correct it, but why can’t you help us?"

Megan’s cry made Rufus more distressed. Winnie and Stella ran over anxiously.

“What's the matter?”

Stella asked, thinking that the children fell to the ground.

"Sister wants Grandpa to help convince Daddy... Stay with Daddy, Mommy."

Luke felt distressed for his sister, and could not help but cry.

Though the words were broken, Winnie understood why the two children were crying.

"We've been trying so hard for so long. Why hasn't anyone helped us? Are we wrong about wanting a family or do you just not love us?"

Megan spoke while crying. Her words hurt everyone's heart and made everyone feel guilty.

Two children continued to ask. Several adults could not give an answer and no one promised to help.

The children did not understand the helplessness of adults. They were simple. But simple things became complicated by adults, who could not fulfill their goal.

However, this scene was recorded by Stella with video and sent to Brian.

Brian and Wendy were having lunch. When Brian saw it was Megan’s crying picture, he did not click it in front of Wendy.

"I need to use the toilet."

Brian made an excuse to leave and instead of going to the toilet, he went to a safe passage where no one was.

He clicked the video and saw the two children crying and begging, and Brian's heart was suddenly pulled together.

As the two children asked them again and again what they had done wrong, why they could not have both parents and why no one helped them, Brian couldn't control his emotions.

Seeing that two children were so eager for a home, Brian noticed that everything yesterday was false, and it was disguised by two children. They did not intend to accept Wendy.

Brian was heartbroken, because Megan and Luke begged, because Winnie held back tears and turned away, because his father was helpless and distressed.

He hurried back to his table.

"I have an emergency need to deal with, I gotta go."

So Brian left and Wendy was confused.

When Brian hurried to the suburbs, he did not see the children or Winnie in the courtyard, but Winnie's car was still there.

He came to the room, where was sitting Vanessa, Stella and his father. Winnie and the two children were not there.

“Where are the children?”

Asked Brian anxiously.

"Bedroom upstairs. They seem to be asleep, be quiet."

Stella answered Brian. As her voice fell, Brian had been quickly moved away.

For the sudden appearance of Brian, Vanessa and Rufus were surprised. But Stella knew what was going on. After she sent the video, she guessed that as long as Brian saw it, he would come, but she did not expect that Brian would come so fast.

Brian came upstairs and stood at the door of Winnie’s room.

He steadied his mood before he gently pushed open the door.

As expected, the two children fell asleep. Winnie sat beside them, wiping the tears from the corner of their eyes with one hand and wiping her own with the other. She did not notice Brian's arrival.

However, this scene made Brian feel hurt.

He walked slowly to the bed and wiped away Winnie's tears with his hand. At that moment, Winnie realized that Brian was standing beside her.

She wiped away her tears as quickly as she could, not wanting Brian to see her fragile side.

"What are you doing here?”

Winnie asked in a very low voice, afraid that the two children would continue to cry if they heard it.

"I knew they were crying and I was worried, so I come."

Brian's voice was very low. He cared about the three people who were now in pain. How could he have mood to eat?

Winnie looked at Brian in confusion and did not know how he got the news.

"......"

"Let's talk."

Brian l did not explain. The children fell asleep, if they spoke too much, it would wake them up.

"No. We've made everything clear. You live your life and don’t worry the children."
