Hey, My Twins Babies novel Chapter 662

Winnie gave a bitter smile. Her aunt was happy, but it was not at the right time. Breaking up now worried her aunt. But she could not make things under control.

"Yes, she is happy, but she is disappointed in you."

"I haven't told her why we broke up, and she thinks it's your fault we broke up, so she's disappointed in you. But don't worry, I'll straighten it out for you when she comes back."

Winnie had to explain, otherwise Brian must think she duplicity.

"Why is she disappointed in me?

Brian didn’t want to listen to the reason for breaking up, didn’t want to listen to Winnie so-called’s explanation, he just wanted to know where he disappointed Winnie's aunt.

"My aunt said that during her absence, she thought that you could take good care of Vanessa and me. She feels safe with you around us. But you broke up with me during her absence, so she is worried about us being bullied because she is in Africa."

There should be nothing to hide. That was her aunt's first thought. Although it was unfair to Brian, he did break up with her during her aunt’s absence.

"I didn't know your aunt would go abroad. I didn't know she had expectations of me."

Brian felt sour to hear that. Did he abandon Winnie and Vanessa needed him the most?

"Don't joke, even if you know my aunt have expectations of you, you will still break up with me."

Winnie stopped her movement and fixed her eyes on Brian. She wanted to hear what he would say at this point, when everything was over and everyone was calm.

Brian saw innocence in her eyes. How could someone who had done something wrong look him in the eye so unscrupulously?

For a long time, he gave no answer. He was panic that he misjudged Winnie and that he did not see the truth.

"Why, is that so hard to answer?”

Winnie did not get an answer, took a self-ironic sigh and then continued to say.

"Don't answer then. You don't have to care what my aunt said. Now she is not worried, I told her Stefan will take care of us."

Winnie deliberate words made Brian’s panic run away and Brian looked away from her.

He felt his brain had a problem, so that he saw innocence in her eyes. Since Winnie’s aunt knew Stefan, what would be innocent?

"Will you marry Stefan?"

Brian asked, but after asking it out, he found himself distressed.

Not long ago he had thought he and Winnie would get married. It was ironic that now he was asking her if she would marry another man.

This question for Winnie was also sudden. She gave a smile. To get married? With whom? Who could marry a woman with another man in her heart?

"Maybe, if the kids, my aunt and Vanessa agree, we will get married."

In order to play it well, in order to make Brian believe that she got a room with Stefan, Winnie could only give such an answer.

"Your aunt doesn't seem to object. If you want to get married, hurry up and don't waste everyone's time."

Brian got angry all of a sudden, but he did not show his anger. He could not accept the fact that Winnie would get married, but he had to say so, because they had broken up.

Winnie was surprised hearing that. She did want to married, but with whom? What was wrong with her? Why was she wasting everyone's time? Should she disappear to save their time?

She wanted to ask Brian how she had wasted everyone's time without disturbing anyone or affecting anyone's life. But just as she was about to ask, Brian got up and stared at her, and then went on talking.

"Winnie, let me answer your question. Even if your aunt has hope on he, it doesn't change the fact that we broke up."

Brian stood up and walked away with such determination that he did not even turn his head or slow his steps.

Winnie was baffling, but was hurt by his words.

She didn't get a comforting answer, at least not one so heartless and cold. But why couldn't he just hold on, but hurt her with those words before he left?

After leaving Winnie’s house, Brian was agitated. There was no place to go, but he did not want to go home, so he went to the hospital after making sure Kevin was on duty.

There were very few patients tonight. Kevin returned to the duty room after finishing his work and saw Brian sitting on his office chair.

"Long time no see. There must be something wrong you so you remind of me."

Kevin said in a strange manner. They did have not seen each other for a long time.

From the fact Winnie was in hospital to now, the two of them just communicated over phone and did not meet. Brian always refused to meet with him on the excuse that he was busy. Even when they were on the phone, he deliberately avoided the name of Winnie, avoided the fact that they broke up.

"No."

Brian answered coldly. He might have a heart disease, but could not be cured by Kevin.

"No? I don’t believe it."
