"In that case, just be frank with him!" said Mike raising his voice. "Tell him that Shea is still alive, let him worry and suffer! It's better than letting him hate you!"

"I can't get through to him. I haven't been able to get through to him since last night. I've been calling him until now. He probably won't use this number again." She spoke in a hoarse and nasal voice without trying to hide her helplessness and grief. " Mike, I feel like my heart is dead."
