His Eagle Eyes on Me novel Chapter 1213

Cole's face suddenly turned ashen.

"You said you were going to take care of him, right? Is that little bit so hard to bear?" Avery teased.

"All you did was take a kidney, right?

What's the point of inserting a urinary catheter?" Cole said in disgust.

"Would you like me to take out your kidney so you can find out?" sneered Avery. "If you're that impatient, you can always go back to your hotel and be back here in a week when he's ready to be discharged."

Cole was unwilling to endure any hardship just to take care of Adrian, but he decided to brave the ordeal when he saw how eagerly Avery was trying to get rid of him.

Avery came out of the ward when she saw Cole's determination.

Adrian was safe, at least until he was discharged from the hospital.

She just needed to figure out a foolproof way to ensure that Adrian would not be taken away by Cole.

She found Wesley in the doctor's office and told Wesley the situation.

"Cole is not making any secret of his ambitions."

"Yes. He said to my face that he’ll have the Sterling Group in his hands once he brings Adrian back. I can’t let him take Adrian away," Avery frowned. "He said he brought some bodyguards from Aryadelle, and those bodyguards are now stationed near the hospital."

"Don't worry, Avery. This is a hospital, and his bodyguards won't dare charge in here." Wesley then comforted her, "Bridgedale has a restraining order, and as long as we can get one, we should be able to prevent Cole from getting close to Adrian."

"I know about the restraining order, but how do we invoke it? " Avery started to think.

Wesley said, "We just need to submit proof to the judge that he intends to harm Adrian.
