His Eagle Eyes on Me novel Chapter 2541

"Who gave you permission to cook for him as well?" asked Lucas the moment he looked at the food.

"Mr. Lucas, I only cooked the portion I usually do," she said gingerly.

"Send the food to my room," he commanded not wanting to give Sam the chance to eat with him.

Not daring to disobey, Irene immediately placed the food onto a tray and started walking toward Lucas's room.

Sam had not expected Lucas to go to such lengths to avoid him. Not only was Lucas hot-tempered and selfish, but it looked like he was not all that bright either, or he would not have caused Irene this much trouble. To top it all off, Lucas was also refusing to eat with him.

After this interaction, the two siblings had become enemies.

Sam stormed out, and when Irene heard the front door slam shut, she opened the door to Lucas' room. "Mr. Lucas, Mr. Sam is gone. Let's just go back to the dining room to eat, or your room is going to smell like food!" she said before hurrying back to the dining room with the food.

Irene was the victim of the fight between the two brothers.

"Do not speak to him again," Lucas commanded. "I hate him."

She felt extremely troubled as Sam was not a bad person.

"Both of them are too proud to team up against their stepmother who has tormented them, so they torture each other instead?" she thought.

"I'm talking to you. Did you hear me?" Lucas raised his voice.

"I heard you, Mr. Lucas. I just don't think you should let him get to you. He might be your older brother, but you won't see him that often," she said.

"I bet that he is going to come here again tomorrow. Lock the doors, and if he comes knocking, you are not to open the door for him." Lucas did not want to see any member of the Woods family, and he did not intend on attending the New Year's Eve dinner that was to be held at the Main Block.

She nodded. "Mr. Lucas, after New Year’s, are you going to attend school?"
