His Eagle Eyes on Me novel Chapter 2883

"Alright!" Lilith said gloomily. "Avery's kids are all so brilliant, and whenever I think about the difference between Harry and them, I would doubt whether Elliot and I are even related. I've pretty much let go of that now. Every kid is different, so maybe Harrod will only start to shine later in life."

"Even if he doesn't turn out the way you want him to, you shouldn't feel frustrated about it either. Everyone wants their kids to be successful, but we are all still human. You succeed as a parent as long as your child has great manners and health," said Avery.

Shea nodded in agreement.

"Fine. I will just leave him be for a while." Lilith set her burden aside.

"You can't exactly just let him run free either. You need to have some rules. You can't push too hard, nor can you give him too much freedom... There's a trick to these things..." Avery said.

Lilith's head started to hurt from all the information.

"If you are getting tired, leave Harrod to Ben. Don't worry. I'm sure Ben knows what he is doing," Avery said.

"I think Harrod has been distancing himself from me ever since I said I wanted a second child," sighed Lilith. "Kids are so selfish. What's so bad about having a sibling?"

"You will need to talk to Harrod about this. If you do have a second child, he or she would be a lot younger than Harrod," Avery said.

"I can't get pregnant even if I wanted to. Besides, we've already talked to him. He said he is alright with it, but his actions say otherwise."

The three chatted downstairs, and when the children did not come down, they went upstairs to see what they were doing.

Sometime after the outing, Tammy video-called them. "What's your plan for the night? If you guys are playing poker, be sure to invite me!"

Tammy desperately wanted to spend time with her friends but had to stay for dinner with her parents.
