His Eagle Eyes on Me novel Chapter 2904

Shelly laid on the couch and felt as though she had lost all hope.

Her family was still in debt, and she was barely making ends meet. If she was indeed pregnant, she would have another mouth to feed.

'Oh, God! This is a disaster! If anything can go wrong, it will!' she thought.

She lay still for a while before sitting up.

Feeling thirsty, she poured herself a glass of water and regained her composure.

She started to research what people did when they found out they were pregnant without a partner, and the comments on the internet seemed to be divided into two situations.

If the person in concern was a student:

[Tell your family, and get an abortion! Don't be afraid that your parents will be mad at you. Your parents are the only people who will help!]

[Tell your boyfriend, and see what he thinks. If he wants the baby, you can keep it. An abortion can severely damage your health!]

If the person in concern had graduated:

[If your boyfriend is willing to bear the responsibility, that's great; but since you are seeking help on the internet, I guess that's probably not the case. If you don't want to be burdened by parenthood, I suggest that you get rid of the baby, or it will affect your life permanently as you will struggle to find a partner later in life.]

[If the guy isn't willing to take responsibility, you should talk to your parents. If your financial state allows it, you can keep the baby. Of course, it would be best to end the pregnancy if you are struggling with money! Child-rearing takes up a lot of money!]

...

Shelly gave up after reading all the comments on the internet.

She was not Hayden's girlfriend, and not only were they complete strangers, they belonged to two different worlds.

Hayden would never accept her child, nor would his family.

Brushing off the faint lines she had seen on the pregnancy test the day before, she was ready to embrace the fact that she was not pregnant. Then two lines appeared.

Not only were there two lines, but the lines looked far more distinct than they had the day before.

Shelly stared at the test and felt as though she was about to collapse.

'What I saw yesterday might have been a hallucination, but the lines I'm seeing right now are even more distinct. I can't be imagining this, right?! The pregnancy tests can't possibly be wrong twice in a row,' she thought.

Her blood ran cold. She felt like she had a bomb implanted within her.

'I have to go to the hospital, or I won't be able to be at peace. Whether I'm pregnant or not, I need some sort of confirmation,' she thought as she threw the pregnancy test away.

She headed into the bathroom to wash up and changed to prepare for a visit to the hospital.

As she was about to head out, she glanced at the clock and realized it was only six forty in the morning.
